Field manage the operation of your branch, communicate regularly with customers and clients. Share equipment and labor with other systems operations managers to reduce costs and prepare regional bids.

Maintain daily communications and updates with Regional Manager daily and meet together twice each week.

Experience assembling managing leading mentoring and motivating a high performance team. Leadership skills with highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with clients customers other Operations and Branch Managers to share equipment and labor and to submit regional bids.

• Create develop and manage all financial aspects of a sizable branch including forecasting budgeting profit and loss and managing labor and product costs.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as area volume calibration expense variances trends and forecasting.
• Interpret systems technical procedure and governmental regulation manuals.
• Strong oral written and presentation communication skills including the ability to write reports business correspondence procedure manuals and schedules. Must have the ability to present information in a clear and effective manner. 
• Define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in verbal chart or schedule form. - Develop implement and manage budgets Profit and Loss plans and projects.
• Maintain systems and infrastructure to provide for the most efficient use of labor and the development of quality product.
• Organize and have the ability to communicate with employees in all departments as required, established goals and deadlines.
• Establish sales goals and manage a team of talented sales people to achieve those goals.
• Perform management responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Identify new employees, interviewing hiring training and retaining employees planning organizing work schedules problem solving and appraising performance.
• Work emphasis must be on customer satisfaction.
• Share your passion for quality products efficient operations sales accounting and customer satisfaction.
• Be a self-starter hands-on manager, who will create innovative strategies and tactics for diversifying and improving operations.
• Demonstrate your robust work ethic to your employees in a competitive aggressive high-energy and results-driven action-oriented commitment.
• Increase revenue and sales as well as manage the bottom line of the branch.
