Work with a highly profitable and market leading public company that is growing and doing very well. Design develop and implement systems with an emphasis on TCP/IP specifications. Ensure quality standards for developed TCP/IP stacks for various Ethernet products and contribute to the design specifications system test plans review of design documents and code. Consult with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of the overall system.
Requirements: Experience with kernel dumps SCTP testing network protocol products (gained through education or experience) experience managing centralized Cisco VoIP systems and other technologies including Call Recording, Workforce Management tools, IVR, ACD, call flow design and implementation.
Experience in network engineering, infrastructure cabling, and carrier circuit provisioning and management and will participate in the on-call rotation and should be able to work after-hours for troubleshooting issues and executing change orders. Monitor all components in the telecommunications infrastructure. Assist in call recording and workforce management solution support and assist in the vendor management and quote submittal processes.
• EDUCATION: MSCS/ MSEE or equivalent degree.
