Oversee wellness program train first responders and case manage the BWC cases in partnership with the third party administrator manage and treat work related injuries manage the random drug testing program oversee OSHA logs and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Work in the occupational health industry specifically with wellness programs. Follow company policy and procedures established for this role and maintain the established processes.
Develop new business sales and maintain and grow existing customer sales. Develop and maintain strong technical application sales and account management skills and ensure good overall understanding on all relevant areas of our business and customers businesses.
Establish and maintain an active list of contacts and potential projects. Responsible for understanding and reporting competitor strengths weaknesses and activities. • Call on current and prospective customers to solicit orders. • Demonstrate products and provide essential information such as product availability price new developments and market trends. • Answer questions concerning products such as price credit terms and durability.
This is mainly a Monday - Friday opportunity however from time to time working the off shifts will be required.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. LPN is required at a minimum 2. Experience with OSHA and workers compensation 3. Good documentation and follow through skills 4. The desire to work in a manufacturing environment 5. Working knowledge of Excel and Word 6. The ability to work 1st shift Monday – Friday and off shifts as needed.
Skills preferred but NOT required: 1. Manufacturing experience 2. OHN certification – Occupational health nurse
