Define scope of installation activities by frequent interaction with customer  sub-contractors  technicians  educational team and internal sales personnel. Keep installation team up-to-date on new hardware and software. Build a national network of third party installers at competitive rates  supported by internal training and coordinated with the clients service network.

-Understand the process of obtaining necessary permits and costs associated with such activities so this can be factored into our business processes which will include notifying the customer of their obligation for owning this process or compensating for it.
-Ensure that the installs comply with all code and regulations  on time/within budget
-Maintain existing low voltage state licensing and expand coverage to additional states.
-Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
-Keep up to date status reports on all installations, forecasted and in progress
-Prepare annual operating plan and execute accordingly.
-Forecasts workload and resource planning
-Design and implement operation procedures to improve install teams productivity
-Plan  coordinate and lead resources required for installs
-Establishment  development and training of install team.
-Ensure accuracy and on time submission of teams paperwork.
-Keep open communication with all company departments through inter-active meetings.
-Hands-on experience with pricing billing  part numbers  and invoicing procedures.
-Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.  
-Works under limited supervision.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.  Will orient train assign and check the work of subordinates 

-Five to seven years of related experience construction experience helpful.
-Demonstrated leadership/project management qualities required.
-Experience working within the low-voltage security arena.
-Experience working with third party sub-contractors including evaluating and hiring 
-Experience working with estimating/pricing tools  ideally Metrix is helpful.
-Advanced technical skills required  especially related to the field. 
-Must be available for frequent travel on short notice.

• EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in electronics or related field
