Sales Manager for engineered products must be an assertive sales professional to call on large retail accounts. - Actively manage and report day to day sales activities in relation to overall goals. - Provide detailed tracking and manage sales team to monthly sales objectives. - Ensure that established sales processes procedures and up-sell opportunities are properly executed. - Establish processes to maximize sales volume and growth. - Manage customer relationship with retailers to ensure that the customer is at all times satisfied with the products and/or services (including issue resolution and product effective/ineffectiveness) ensure strong working relationship with appropriate contacts as required and expand retail opportunities. - Represent company at local and regional trade shows for sales lead generation. - Approximately 30% travel with flexible in-office schedule. - Perform other duties as assigned.
