Participate in the marketing planning and development process withproduct management experience in upstream and downstream marketing functions. Experience supporting new launch initiatives as well as developing and executing marketing programs. Position reports to the Marketing Manager
Work with management to execute the strategic vision of the organization and the tactical programs for a cutting edge medical technology leader. Work on promotional programs that will enable this group to meet and exceed their sales objectives for this line.
The successful candidate should have prior sales and marketing experience. Solid leadership potential as well as professional maturity will be necessary to succeed in this role.
Experience in a medical device pharmaceutical or biotechnology product management role with experience in upstream and downstream marketing will be a real plus.
Requirements: Knowledge of how to market products to healthcare professionals will be considered. Knowledge of product development and product launch and bringing new products to market. Experience working with the sales force outside vendors and ad agencies to successfully promote and move product to end-user customers.
Bachelors degree with strong Internship or one to two plus years of experience, or recent grad with degree in marketing and courses in sales and sales management.
A dynamic MBA with proven strategic big six consulting experience could be the ideal candidate for this also opportunity; but will consider bachelors degree candidates.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree is required an MBA is a real plus.
