Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of monthly promotions.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals, and profitability. Performance and development of the sales team. Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new and additional sales.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintain accurate records of all customer pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Requirements: - 5+ years of Sales Manager experience , Regional or National - 3+ years of MR Channel Management exp. - 3+ years of construction services/sales experience. Work with existing company engineers and company representatives. Majority of travel will be in the mid-west.
