Provide support leadership supervision training and recruitment for all account managers • Maintain the highest safety quality and production standards possible • Maximize efficiency performance and profitability. • Manage direct and oversee all areas of operations for your branch including developing maintaining and servicing all client relationships.
Requirements: • Four year degree in business accounting or related field • Three to five years experience in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency with computerized accounting systems Microsoft Office products and email • Knowledge of horticulture QAL Certified as an Arborist, CLT , APLD • Ability to meet the communication requirements of the position including verbal and written as necessary in a professional business environment. • Thorough understanding and practical working knowledge of landscape maintenance principals industry standards materials and proper installation methods for company products and services. • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. • Maintain the highest efficiency safety quality and production standards possible • Achieve highest quality and customer satisfaction while maximizing performance to budget and profitability. • Follow all Company and departmental policies and procedures and promote consistent compliance to those same policies and procedures. • Manage Profit and Loss for the landscape operations for the faility • Proficiency with computerized accounting systems and spreadsheet design • Develop budgets and analyze financial data • Review and approve all project estimates • Support lead supervise train and recruit all account managers. • Ensure a safe work environment and employee retention. • Ensure efficiency productivity and profitability by establishing high levels of respect among staff members. • Lead through example encouraging consistent reliability and accountability from staff members. • EDUCATION: Bachelors degree and APLD certification.
