Develops account strategies territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.   

Responsible for the sale of Engineering Integration products in a specified area or major geographical area and generates new orders systems and services.   Keep current on all products their application as it relates to Systems Integration. Understand the technical applications of the product  pricing and selling benefits.
· Develop and maintain a sales plan for the area that meets or exceeds his/her shipment objective and grows market share with in the assigned territory.  
· A good understanding of the mining industry, power generation aggregate, pumping water and waste water, web handling, lumber where applicable and have the ability to develop specifications  commercial and technical proposals and also make presentations leading up to the closing of opportunities. 
· Prepares annual sales forecast by customer within assigned territory. Keeps informed of new products  services and other general information of interest to customers and checks on competitive activity. 
· Coordinate with other members of the Engineering Center  
• Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided. Answers questions and handles complaints. 
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.  

Minimum of three years of field sales experience.
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
Sales experience applying industrial automation products or drives sales. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4 years minimum). 
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Three plus years of sales experience with industrial automation products or drives.

Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups. Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings. Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff. Ability to keep abreast of new technology trends association needs and possible application to real world projects.
