Design and implement business strategy and manage the team and the firm’s operations on a day-to-day basis. Manage business finances build internal systems and coordinate with vendors and business contacts. Oversee and implement marketing strategy and manage other marketing ventures for the firm.
Oversee coordination and implementation of firm projects, assign projects obtain status reports assist with work product as needed and insure timely completion · Organize and lead intra-firm communications · Coordinate Organizational Development Plan and related activities · Coordinate installation training and maintenance of office equipment · Assure that employee working conditions meet legal guidelines and firm standards · Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships · Establish rules and standards for business operations · Schedule prepare for and track actions for Business Meetings · Manage and support firm relationships · Maintain all employee records and personnel files including payroll and bonuses health insurance 401(k) salary deferrals vacation and sick leave · Review all employee benefits interview vendors and recommend improvements · Ensure Employee Review process is designed and implemented · Communicate reinforce and keep up to date all company policies and procedures · Search for hire and train new staff · Arrange employee appreciation events · Mediate business issues at management and staff level · Prepare payroll, liaison with outside Accountants and ensure bank deposits are made · Budget development and management, ensure sound financial reporting and management practices are in place · Establish and manage guidelines for employee expenditures · Work with internal/external IT support on acquisition installation and maintenance of hardware and software · Coordinate installation training and implementation of new technologies · Ensure technology protocols are consistently followed in association with Managing Director. · Oversee and direct firm marketing plans · Monitor and report on business development efforts Daily Duties · Daily Strategy Meetings · Track time in daily Time Sheet · Consistently follow Goldmine procedures for accurate and timely updating · Clear in-box clear actions in Goldmine as completed or reschedule accordingly
Requirements · Bachelor degree · 2 plus years in business management/administration
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in marketing, business or sales
