Coordinate Human Resources strategies and tactics across the departments. Oversight of initiatives and operations in the managed departments planning budgeting and measurement of results.
Responsible for oversight of the development and implementation of HR policy and programs recruitment and retention initiatives employee benefits design and administration and employee training and professional development. Coaching and mentoring the existing teams of HR Recruiting and Training professionals.
Lead and coordinate its existing Recruiting Human Resources and Professional Development departments. Provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company including strategy within each of the managed departments.
Position is with amanagement consulting firm serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Work for a successful and rapidly growing professional services firm with offices across the US.
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources including significant experience in HR leadership positions that interface with senior executives in a growing multi-location consulting or professional services firm.
Experience in Recruiting Training and Professional Development in addition to general HR. A graduate degree in Human Resources or a similar field and /or SPHR certification is preferred.
Proven leadership management and interpersonal skills demonstrated oral and written communication skills exceptional employee development abilities and a client-service orientation.
Strong aptitude and ability to leverage information technology and applications. Experience with strategic planning and project management are essential.
