Job Description

Indianapolis , IN , United States   Diagnosis and repair PC related problems. Coordinate efforts with end users and management to isolate and resolve hardware/softField Service Representative and related problems. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong customer and communication skills.     
Strong customer communications skills and 5 to 7 years PC experience.
Working knowledge and functional understanding of Windows based systems.
Ability to independently identify and diagnose problems with PC and related network hardware.
Identify defective parts and order them track replacement parts meeting SLA requirements.     Requirements:
