The Business Development Manager person should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and travel 50% of the time. Comprehensive understanding of ADME assays and PK studies and of the pharmaceutical discovery and development process through IND application.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce is necessary, and experience selling preclinical services is preferred. Capital equipment sales representative will not be considered.
Competitive salary and commission plans are commensurate with experience. Healthcare Insurance and 401(K) are available in compensation plan.
The Business Development Manager candidate will have a B.S. in Chemistry or Biology and 5+ years experience working in a laboratory, contract outsourcing, marketing, or business development preclinical ADME sales experience.
