Job Description

Hartford , CT , United States   Act as a liaison between the injured/disabled worker the insurance company the employer and medical providers. The Case Manager will direct care to providers evaluate medical treatment plans via the telephone.   Ensure appropriate care maintain ongoing communication with providers and employers and act as a medical resource for the claims staff.  

Job Requirements:

Current RN license at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
At least 2 years of experience in workers compensation or disability case management and strong communication and leadership skills.
A limited amount of travel is required.   • EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Nursing
