Maintain systems and infrastructure to provide for the most efficient use of labor and the development of quality Construction, Maintenance, Repair, Electrical projects.  

Accomplish established goals and deadlines. Handle management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Develop strategies implement and manage the Profit and Loss. Manage the branch and developing new business you will problem solve and appraise performance in an honest and respectful manner.  

Foster teamwork and lead by example emphasis will be on customer satisfaction. Training managing a branch including operations Profit and Loss and personnel. Networking and developing new business. Directing motivating and mentoring a high performance team.   Lead a workforce with excellent leadership skills.
Managing the Profit and Loss.

Ensuring customer satisfaction.   Requirements:
An entrepreneurial background and a degree from a four year university majoring in construction but relevant experience will be considered
A successful track record of managing a branch including all aspects of operations profit and loss and employees in the landscape industry.
Must have extensive knowledge of the landscape industry and must be passionate about landscaping.
Demonstrated success in managing leading mentoring and motivating a high performance team
Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with clients and customers.

Ability to network in the local business community and industry organizations to increase market penetration and sales
Well developed understanding of the local marketplace. Estimating
Developing Proposals and Job Mark-up understand production rates
Estimate realistically and accurately for Construction, Maintenance, Repair, Electrical projects, develop and follow job budgets.

Manage labor material and equipmentUtilize appropriate landscape and construction management techniques
Implement safety program and manage claims, manage project budget
Ensure customer satisfaction and that the job is completed according plans and specifications
Understand the relationships between all participants in a project.
Manage the Profit and Loss Prepare monthly financial audits and workload projections
Support and follow procedures for Construction, Maintenance, Repair, Electrical projects.
Collect accounts receivables, attract and develop strong professional staff and field labor.
Manage a diverse workforce by coaching and mentoring
Administer performance evaluations and training.
Strategy and Planning and direct the branch
Analyze information pinpoint problems and suggest corrective actions at an aggregate level
Increase profitability and grow the business in the local market.
