The Customer Support manager will manage the reps who deal with the customers and solve customer related queries, will manage staff, assign working schedule, training and development of new staff members.
Will manage the customer support operations, must have strong leadership ability analytical and problem solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsible for meeting established contractual operational standards department standards goals and deadlines. Coordination of all management activities related to the Member Services Provider Services and Enrollment. Must adhere to budgetary requirements and standards make consistent efforts to control costs while seeking ways to increase productivity improve quality and enhance revenue.
Ability to multi-task prioritizes work with little or no supervision and be internally and externally client/customer focused at all times. position reports to the Director of Operations.
Four (4) to six (6) years experience in healthcare customer service claims and call center environment. Four (4) to six (6) years Management experience. College degree preferred or four (4) to six (6) years equivalent experience.
