Job Description

Milwaukee , WI , United States   The Process Engineer will  support to product development teams, manufacturing, helping to ensure development of highest quality new products, and delivery of highest quality product to the customer   Analyze product-related quality and performance data and apply statistical methods to identify product quality issues and trends. Perform root cause analysis on field failures, prepare reports for our customers related to the findings, and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.   Work with functional teams to continuously drive business processes efficiency and effectiveness, and identify and leading quality improvement programs   Perform preventive action to ensure continual improvement. Proactively improve products and processes by applying APQP, PPAP, and Six Sigma methodologies and support the coordinated integration of new products.   Participate in design reviews and new product qualification activities for products to ensure customer specified quality and reliability requirements. Provide critical analysis of processes utilizing techniques such as Cp, CpK, and Gage RandR studies.   Develop, maintain, and provide quality metrics as required as a means to facilitate positive proactive change. Manage other projects as assigned. Provide imaginative, thorough and practical solutions to a wide range of technical problems through the application of quality engineering disciplines and tools.   Assist QA manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s quality management systems and continuous improvement programs.  

Job Requirements:

5 years experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint
Ability to work well in a dynamic and ever changing environment
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Engineering or manufacturing background is highly desirable.   •  EDUCATION: B. S. degreee in Engineering or manufacturing
