Cleveland , OH , United States   Help Desk Agent -Technician - Level III (Greater Cleveland area) We are serving as a recruiter for this position which is with a successful regional IT/Computer company. Overall Responsibility/Primary Objective of the Position This position will receive escalated PC and peripheral support and maintenance service events within the organization¡¦s desktop computing environment.   This includes installing diagnosing repairing maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person by telephone or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.   This is a senior level technical support position providing advanced PC and printer support.
 - Perform set up and software installations of new tablets, phone Laptops and peripherals 
- Perform various software installations 
- Will be able to perform computer redeployments  - Will have advanced Microsoft operating system troubleshooting skills 
- Provide connectivity to the customer¡¦s network 
- Provide installations of various peripherals and software i.e. hard drives CD drives Palm devices air card etc. 
- Provide hardware break-fix services on desktops laptops and printers  - Can install local and network printer drivers 
- Provide installation process for network printers 
- Preferred working knowledge of HP Web Jet admin and using its reporting features and other manufacturers printer equipment   

Job Requirements:

- Must be proficient in using and explaining all MS Office applications and their usage 
- Working knowledge and skills for Routers WIFI devices and Firewalls 
- Ability to document procedures and create instruction sheets for the end user community 
- Provide high quality help desk and desktop support to assist in the managing and resolving end user needs and to minimize delays related to technical issues across the organization  • EDUCATION: Bachelors
