Business Analyst to implement the use of Change Management best practices in direct support of financial growth of our client.
The Change Management Business Analyst will work with minimal supervision in a high-velocity environment with new and active projects heavy maintenance and frequent patching. - be the key person in improving the processes for all software migrations and deployments. - lead business process discovery systems requirements documentation and new business process development. - also lead business process improvement implementations perform change management system administration and develop and present change management systems training. - Responsible for construction and management of project plans and work breakdown structures in support of change management initiatives. - Work with functional teams to ensure changes are tested and deployed to production successfully.
Requirements - 2-5 years professional Information Technology experience with focus on software development and leadership of software development personnel and software development processes. - 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager - Significant experience in creating and presenting systems documentation and training materials. - Experience in business process mapping/discovery - Proven success in providing client support of I.T. business systems. - Experience in all phases of the client interactions within the software development life cycle. - Six Sigma Black Belt training and experience is a plus
• EDUCATION: BSCS or bachelors degree in I.S. I.T. or Computer Engineering
