Job Description

Toledo , OH , United States   Develop and execute online programs and campaigns in support of the our clients brand to increase member engagement and generate revenue through memberships submissions up-selling, cross-selling and new revenue streams.   • Create test and implement online and email marketing programs to attract members back to the site and increase member spending frequency of visits time spent on the site and overall use of the site.
•  Analyze and report on campaign results and develop new programs to build upon success.
• Identify and develop co-marketing and affiliate programs to enhance the value of their membership.
• Recommend new products and services to develop or co-brand that will improve the member experience on the site.
• Lead the development and execution of online programs email campaigns and other marketing initiatives with specific objectives to increase Web site activity and drive revenue.
• Define clear objectives target audience and key messaging for all marketing initiatives to inform creative development (copy and design).
• Apply online user experience best practices to enhance member engagement and activity on the site.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of content and adherence to brand guidelines and business objectives throughout the website and in all marketing programs.
• Manage expense budgets and ROI targets.
• Develop reporting and measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of email and online marketing initiatives.
• Integrate membership data into online marketing efforts and create dynamic messaging programs on the Web site based on customer profiles.  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in online marketing in a B2C or B2B environment.
• Experience in website development and online marketing strategy to drive traffic convert leads upsell cross-sell and engage members.
• Online subscription model experience a plus, strong analytical and communication skills.
• Previous experience in managing email marketing campaigns and customer relationship management is desired.
• Knowledge of traditional marketing channels (print media events etc.) online advertising and brand building.
• Keeps current on online consumer behaviors website usability and ecommerce trends.
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans managing budgets and campaign reporting and analysis.
• Exceptional project management skills
