Administrative Specialist to perform clerical, administrative and recruiting tasks. Must be a reliable, detail-oriented person, who is can work independently. Will consider applicants all levels of experience junior to senior. Will also consider retired or semi-retired persons.
Responsibilities will include: 1. Preparation of physical bank deposits and posts all collected monies to customer accounts. 2. Handle data entry of new sales agreements and conversions of existing sales agreements. 3. Maintain customer files, both paper and electronic. 4. Process open Accounts Payable. 5. Performs manual work order completions. 6. Perform outbound collection calls to unpaid new business and rejected payments. 7. Analyze current-month technician work schedules for optimization opportunities. 8. Provide clerical support including filing, supply ordering, state/regulatory reporting). 9. Respond to all open customer follow-up requests and provides proper resolution.
