Responsible for managing an entire product portfolio including product strategy product development initiatives key vendor relationships sales curriculum development product training and financial management of their product categories.

The company manufactures packages and distributes medical devices medical supplies clinical services and automation products that improve the management and delivery of quality patient care for hospitals and physicians offices.

Drive greater focus on building key clinical thought leader and supplier relationships critical for success and will lead the creation of marketing collateral advertising direct marketing campaigns sales training material clinical study design and forecasting and also be responsible for attaining revenue targets each year. Matrix management and teamwork skills needed to work with sales management Research and Development manufacturing planning legal finance regulatory and operations

Requirements: The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience in a medical device pharmaceutical or biotechnology product management role with proven experience in both upstream and downstream marketing.

Must have delivered tangible results in a product development capacity by successfully launching and bringing new products to market. Must have also worked with the sales force outside vendors and ad agencies to successfully promote and move product to end-user customers. Candidates with strong classical PM skills who has successfully marketed products to hospital and/or private practice healthcare professionals will be considered.

A dynamic MBA with proven strategic big six consulting experience could also land this opportunity. Solid leadership potential as well as business maturity will be necessary to succeed in this role. Must have experience supporting new launch initiatives as well as developing and executing marketing programs. Good instincts good cross-functional team skills and good leadership potential will land you this job.

• EDUCATION: A Bachelors Degree is required an MBA is preferred.
