Experienced Clinical Outcomes Coordinator with a background in Performance Improvement / Quality. Responsibilities include a collection submission and analysis of clinical data from internal and external data bases Competitive compensation based on education and experience - Relocation assistance provided.
Other duties: develop and present reports lead performance improvement efforts lead multi-disciplinary teams with proven results review patient population case loads on a daily bases assess and intervene with medical staff to assure timely implementation of best practices and quality initiatives support and provide educational offerings for staff. Position reports to the Director of Clinical Outcomes.
Requirements: CPHQ preferred and/or 2 years quality management experience Strong computer competency experience required to include MS Office (Word Excel Outlook Power Point) as well as trending and data analysis software tools.
