Create and verify and update sales staff on the status of  their ravel arrangements, expense reports, event planning, and calendar. Provide sales meeting management, product inventory control, order office supplies, Distribute daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to Director of Sales, Sales Manager and Upper Management.

Provide administrative support to the sales personnel, assist in the planning, room availability, organization, and follow-up of weekly sales meetings. Distribute sales presentations materials to meeting attendees

Provide direct sales support to all sales representatives and maintain contact with internal and external customers, enter and process Medicare applications into the system, ensure accurate communication between the company and the beneficiary.

Handle incoming sales calls and customer service issues from the beneficiary and sales representatives.

• EDUCATION: A.A. or Bachelors degree
