Provide cash management and cash planning/cash forecasting. Prepare financial statements and review monthly and annual financial statements and statement projections.
Maintain all corporate records including pension and 401k plans, corporate insurance policies and records, notes payable and debt agreements, stockholder and general business documents, income tax returns, financial statements. Administer 401k plans, accounting department personnel.
Coordinate annual financial statement review with external CPA firm. Handle business insurance, worker’s compensation, general insurance policies. Maintain and improve accounting filing and records retention systems, accounting reporting systems and reorganized accounting office.
Must have knowledge of knowledge of accounting software.
