Manage the full product lifecycle management of the Company’s product portfolio including defining developing and implementing the company strategic product road map.
Progressive experience in industrial/commercial product management including leading the strategic product road mapping - tactical road map implementation - and Phase/Stage Gate cross-functional processes.
Demonstrated track record of leading the definition development and launch of new best-in-class products based on preparation/implementation of sound business cases. Strong Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC and Silence-of-the Customer) orientation with demonstrated experience in identifying unmet customer needs - able to articulate customer needs in a manner that the organization can understand and ultimately meet.
Lead the development and implementation of the strategic product marketing plan and ensure development of appropriate value-added marketing materials (such as literature and website content) and training materials (such as Features and Lead product line profitability management including identifying Standard Options vs. Special Options and establishing/implementing pricing strategies.
Knowledge and global marketing experience are significant pluses. Working knowledge of product marketing strategy/tactics and implementation.
