Develop and analyze business models to enhance strategic business direction including acquisitions expansions offshore production and outsourcing procedures for preparation and administration of annual financial plans including instructions worksheets spreadsheets and supports preparation process. 

Will provide leadership and expertise on costing expense management and capital allocation through the planning process and through improvements to expense reporting and budgeting methodologies and systems. Work with managers across the organization to facilitate the use of strategic planning tools and the development of strategic planning skills. 

Establish and maintains liaison with senior management  department heads and managers to obtain uniform data. Assist as required in collection of budget information. 
Challenge assumptions and conclusions in divisional plans prepare analysis and critique for review by senior management. Reconcile differences in methodology among divisional plans. 

Propose changes to planning process and reporting systems in order to streamline procedures improve productivity quality and reduce costs, includes improvements to expense accounting and reporting and all cross-charging between departments.       

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business finance or accounting plus three years of experience leading the strategic planning process 
• Must possess strong analytical skills 
• Experience within a consumer products manufacturing organization preferred 
• User level experience in the design and development of Financial Information Systems highly desirable.
