Will build and lead a cross functional team to successfully define and deliver these new capabilities and experiences
-Success will be to create an online servicing experience that delivers incremental bottom line impact by meeting the needs of customers.
-Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to see both the customers and organizations side of a business and to inspire & lead customer-centric online experiences across an organization

-Strong online and marketing background.
-Team leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage others and to drive teams to deliver results
-Strong ability to create and sell a compelling vision to senior management with an ability to leverage logic data and passion to influence others
-Strong balance of customer vision and solid business judgment with an ability to uncover innovative compelling inspirational but pragmatic customer visions.

  • EDUCATION: -MBA or Masters degree is preferred.
