Direct the planning process both long and short term to meet current / anticipated individual and group goals. Manage and direct the activities of the sales representatives covering Lafayette and surrounding areas.

* Provide additional management presence in key accounts and with key suppliers in order to enhance customer service.
* Maintain promote and improve customer focus.
* Hiring and training all sales staff.
* 75% of the time will be in the field with the balance in the office handling sales meetings training inside sales issues etc.
* Manage the collection and reporting of all applicable sales numbers / goals.
