Provide timely feedback to all phone messages emails memos and other internal and external communications in a complete and professional manner. -Support and rotate tasks in department when workloads become too heavy. -Create and maintain complete and accurate records of all calls and customer contact regarding collection calls. -Identify and prioritize activities and tasks. - Respond to and handle all customer calls and contact in a prompt professional and courteous manner and in compliance with all of the companies policies ad procedures.
