Perform initial investigation , alternatives evaluation, cost estimating , economic analysis, funding requests. Develop and implement capital expense and compliance projects at various terminal facilities and for engineering support of terminal maintenance and reliability efforts. Outside engineering will typically be used to support detailed engineering needs.
Requirements: • Must be knowledgeable in typical process equipment - tanks piping pumps heat exchangers instrumentation control systems. • Experience with contract engineering management, Material procurement, Cost Tracking, Construction and start-up support. • 2 - 10 years engineering and project management experience in refining petrochemical or chemical process industries • Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance • Critical thinking economic evaluation organizational and leadership skills • Ability to climb ladders and stairs • Some travel in US required • Knowledgeable in industry equipment and piping codes - ANSI ASME API
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
