Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal contacts (development, asset management, accounting) in order to obtain all relevant data for model updates. Review and interpret various types of legal documents pertaining to real estate transactions, including partnership; lock-box agreements, leases, and loan documents.
Maintain a series of complex financial models used to manage portfolios, including the monthly input of financial data. Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets General forecasting and analysis duties
Requirements: Must be detail oriented, analytical, and conscientious, with a strong sense of accountability and responsiveness. Current CPA - or able to be recertified. Strong Excel-Access integration is a plus. There is some older S/W still in use written in VBA so VBA experience will is be a plus. Five+ years relevant experience. Previous experience with Enterprise Risk Management Exposure to Public-Private Venture development (PPVs) a plus Real estate exposure and/or JD Edwards experience are a plus
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university.
