Responsible for managing an entire product portfolio including product strategy product development initiatives key vendor relationships sales curriculum development product training and financial management of their product categories.
Drive greater focus on building key clinical thought leader and supplier relationships critical for success and will lead the creation of marketing collateral advertising direct marketing campaigns sales training material clinical study design and forecasting.
Responsible for attaining revenue targets each year. Matrix management and teamwork skills needed to work with sales management Research and Development manufacturing planning legal finance regulatory and operations
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience in a medical device pharmaceutical or biotechnology product management role with proven experience in both upstream and downstream marketing.
Must have delivered tangible results in a product development capacity by successfully launching and bringing new products to market.
Should have also worked with the sales force outside vendors and ad agencies to successfully promote and move product to end-user customers.
Strong classical PM skills who has successfully marketed products to hospital and/or private practice healthcare professionals will be considered.
