Manage all aspects of the business development process from initial contact proposal development contract negotiation and follow-up. Establish customer relationships that are long-term with a focus on repeat business. Communicate sales objectives to team members design strategy and business processes to meet sales goals and submit progress reports for assigned areas.
1. Participate in sales forecasting planning researching and goal setting for the sales and marketing department. 2. Work with customers to determine the best solution to their needs and develops and delivers effective presentation of solution. 3. Collaborate with colleagues to negotiate contracts and successfully closes sales transactions. 4. Conduct marketing activities such as attending trade shows conferences and seminars and keeping up-to-date on industry trends and developments that affect target markets. 5. Gathers information on potential customers and communicates information to relevant staff in a timely manner. 6. Consistently builds relationships with top decision-makers to enhance profitability and reputation of company and satisfaction of customers 7.Ability to develop a customer segment and market region Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills in sales transactions
REQUIREMENTS: • 8-10 years sales experience or the equivalent combination of both work experience and education. • Working knowledge of marketing planning and the electrical generation business. • Excellent written verbal analytical and presentation skills. • Well-developed customer relations and problem solving skills. • Ability to perform under high pressure and changing work environment. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Flexibility with travel-based on the overall company objectives. • Displays high standards of ethical conduct. Exhibits honesty and integrity. • Strong ability to use Excel MS Word and PowerPoint.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business , Commerce Post Grad degree an asset.
