Manage and report day to day sales activities in relation to overall goals, ensure that established sales processes procedures and up-sell opportunities are properly executed and that established sales processes procedures and up-sell opportunities are properly executed. Manage customer relationship with retailers to ensure that the customer is at all times satisfied with the products and/or services (including issue resolution and product effective/ineffectiveness). Ensure strong working relationship with appropriate contacts as required and maintain/expand retail opportunities.
Provide detailed tracking and manage sales team to monthly sales objectives. Represent company at local and regional trade shows for sales lead generation. Approximately 30% travel with flexible in-office schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Competitive salary and bonus program.
