The successful candidate will be a highly motivated customer oriented individual to work in a multi-tiered support team. Provide customer support and professional services on Network Access Control (NAC) solution for institutional enterprise and government markets.
-Troubleshoot customer issues both over the phone and in person -Ability to prioritize customer needs and respond appropriately -Deliver and validate solutions to customer requests and issues -Product installation configuration and implementation at customer location(s) -Integration testing, quality assurance testing Requirements: Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical customer service and support Ability to present technical information to both technical / non-technical audience Strong technical and analytical skills Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience Minimum of 2 years customer service/support in networking specifically switching and routing operating systems. Must be able to travel up to 50%.
