Develop strategic partnerships with local operating management and associates to promote operating efficiencies and change initiatives. Work as a partner to the businesses as well as with other HR professionals in other business units.
Shared Services this position is a liaison with the business unit to embed common company HR values and business practices. Accountable for driving business objectives through human resources practices. Work on employee relations coaching training and succession planning with a developing team of high performing leaders.
Partner with other HR Centers of Excellence professionals who can offer expertise in the areas of compensation/benefits staffing legal and organizational development.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 or more years multi-functional Human Resources experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, postgraduate education or professional certification is desirable. Experience in supporting and driving lean manufacturing initiatives is also a plus. Only those applicants considered for an interview will be contacted directly.
