Performs vascular studies on patients with arterial, venous, carotid, and other vascular problems, both in the clinical vascular laboratory and when necessary in the hospital and Emergency Dept.Must have ARRT an uphold all Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws. Determines if disease is present from this evaluation. Performs the Doppler exam and utilizes various ultrasound equipment for testing. Performs Physiologic lower and upper extremity arterial exams. Performs TcPo2 studies. Performs Transcranial doppler evaluations. Performs various office functions including scheduling patients, maintaining equipment, preparing correspondence and ordering supplies. Coordinates monthly vascular conference. Ensures that work area is clean, stocked and orderly; maintains adequate records. Performs other duties, as required. Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed. Must be a Graduate of an approved radiology school and a minimum of 2 years experience.
