Provide an environment where employees are expected and enabled to report issues immediately for follow up. Deal with non compliant issues in a timely manner.

Work with maintenance and reliability skills within maintenance organization. Act as a role model for compliance and company value and for improving equipment reliability.    
• Facilitate compliance as a part of site culture. Ensure that an expectation of overall compliance in known by Company.
•  Perform routine maintenance troubleshoot and improve equipment performance through predictive and preventive type maintenance strategies.  
• Audit and interpret standards as needed to ensure compliance to all instrument and electrical codes  regulation  corporate standards etc. 
•  Deploy standards of control logic behind the process monitoring scheme.
• Prior experience in any of the following will be a plus.
•  Facilitate root cause failure analysis in instrument and electrical equipment
•  Mentor maintenance mechanics in reliability based maintenance techniques. 
1.  Make specifications for the installation and usage of electrical cabling
Must be reliability driven able to troubleshoot facilitate and implement root cause analysis
2.  Understanding of instrument requirements to make control logic process
3.  Determine what hardware and spare inventory is needed.
