Respond to complex inquiries explain insurance concepts to clients and colleagues and effectively present information.
Work with other Account Executives the Claims Department and other sales team members to ensure the company experience is seamless and comprehensive.
Manage the efforts of Account Manager(s) as necessary to effectively service accounts and develop skills to increase organizational value, developing and delivering proposals to a range of audiences
Provide client service to all accounts, develop and service client accounts for assigned book of business.
Requirements: • 2-5 years experience in an Account Executive or analogous role with ultimate responsibility for client accounts plus 3 - 5 plus years international property/casualty brokerage responsibilities • Demonstrated success in rounding out accounts • Active State Property / Casualty Producers License. • Effective relationship building and professional client manner. • Ability to express complex technical concepts in writing • Skilled at negotiation and persuasive speech • High level of math proficiency to analyze data from insurance providers develop comprehensive client proposal and effectively communicate financial aspects of the insurance program to the company. • Effective and confident in core management practices including delegation coaching training feedback discipline etc. • Ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
