Will implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements in business results. Change management experience in projects that do not necessarily involve a technology component or some other capital investment but rather change management experience based on a business need i.e. helping people be more motivated and work more effectively to accomplish results.
Requirements • Ten or more years of management consulting experience working with external clients. • Significant experience in process improvement and operations improvement implementation. • Strong implementation and performance management skills, and leadership development and coaching for senior executives. • Organizational development and change management implementation and ability to work in office, industrial settings including offshore.
• EDUCATION: Minimum of a bachelors degree.
