Provide analytical support to the Program Director, including development of internal management reporting capabilities and monitoring key business metrics.Develop, identify, implement, and oversee efficient and effective systems to increase the productivity of the Program.
Facilitate clinical quality data integrity and to drive quality initiatives forward across the hospital. Ensure that the infrastructure exists to support clinical and operational quality management and access to key data. Manage and develop program staff, and supervise all Program personnel who are not direct reports.
Overseeing and organizing the work of the Program team.
Serving as a project manager for Global Health Informatics projects, as appropriate.
Ensuring that the Program is adhering to its committed deliverables and long-term plan.
Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
Identifying new opportunities, planning, coordinating, and implementing annual operational plan.
Planning, coordinating, and executing an annual budget process, and contributing to development of new lines of business, helping to advance projects from concept to full production operation.
Prepares and presents progress reports to clients, granting agencies, or other persons.
Coordinating and assembling funding proposals based on requirements and submitting proposals to funding agencies.
Serve as liaison and a primary source of information regarding the Program and the status of its projects.
• EDUCATION: BS (Bachelors of Science) degree in clinical discipline and or Masters of Nursing (MSN) preferred
