Plan implement and evaluate home health services assuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and will represent the Agency in the service area and directs a coordinated team effort for patient care and customer service.
Responsible for the management and operations of the office, including budgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal management. Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by the staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction while ensuring adequate staff education, training and evaluation.
A minimum of five years in a Medicare-Certified Home Health program with two 2 years progressive experience as a home health manager or program director preferred.
Proven written and verbal communication skills are essential.
