Managing (directly or indirectly) the resources of associates to aid in the above  Interface with internal and external groups to manage large cross-channel integrated campaigns. Work with cross-functional teams (LOB Brand internal ops/IT external media agency DA) to develop and implement online campaigns

Create and manage to clear success metrics for campaigns - analyze campaign performance to determine success and gain insights for future campaigns  Set up customer-focused and hypotheses-driven testing frameworks to quickly and intelligently optimize campaigns.  

Manage the integrated campaign strategy for multiple cross channel campaigns. In addition  the position will oversee online creative and media strategies for online campaigns.  Create and maintain a roster of product creative media and landing page innovation ideas and creating business cases to drive prioritization of these ideas. 

Ability to develop intuitive real-life customer-based hypotheses to explain trends and innovative thinking to capitalize on these trends Strong classic marketing skills along the 4Ps price positioning product people. 
Ability to time-manage on a real-time basis and quickly prioritize between multiple opportunities in a fast-paced online business environment 
Strong business and general management skills and proven experience 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and work effectively in a highly matrix-oriented and cross-functional environment.
Attention to detail in a relatively technical implementation environment. 
Understanding of the online advertising space with an eye towards online innovation. Ability to manage junior associates 
Salary will depend on Experience.

At least a 4 year degree
4-5 years prior work experience in a marketing strategy and analysis position. Online Media experience or Consulting experience preferred   

•  EDUCATION: 4 yr bachelors degree in a quantitative/marketing field  MBA preferred
