Develop and implement strategies to solidify company position as a supplier of choice in vehicle parts market in the region. Will report to the General Service Manager. Guide and motivate Sales and Internal Operations teams to cultivate relationships with customers developing and to execute strategies to grow the top line ensuring excellent service after the sale.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Global Sales and Technical Service organization that facilitates the selling process. • Cultivate valued business relationships with key customers at the appropriate levels and conveying a firm understanding of the customers business and political drivers to influence the selling process. • Ensure that the customer perspective is the driving force behind all value-added business activities. • Develop and executing the annual sales plan while adhering to sales forecast and account planning processes. • Create an atmosphere in which new products are used as vehicles for successful accomplishment of long-range plans. • Provide leadership to business as a member of the Leadership Team and building working relationships that accelerate current and future strategies and plans.
Requirements: B2B experience in a highly technical market Demonstrated experience developing new markets plus leadership skills that include internal and external communication strategy development and tactics implementation Ability to balance customer needs with profitable business growth.
• EDUCATION: A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Physical Science , or physical science and/or an MBA a plus
