Represent customer needs and requirements internally to product management will produce quotes/pricing for all engineering and metrology work. Liaison with marketing customers engineering manufacturing and management. Interview hire and train employees, plan assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems. • Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management. • Produce quotes/pricing for RFQ’s of potential business. • Act as customer contact for production pricing related issues. • Maintain manual and computerized quote system keeping quotes organized and easily retrievable. • Maintain pricing for manufactured item’s in MRP System. • Perform Job/Pricing Recaps for management review (On A Regular Schedule Basis). • Provide new pricing to customers. • Assist in sourcing vendors for required materials equipment and/or services. • Coordinate/facilitate project transfers to engineering. • Prepare professional sales presentations.
REQUIREMENTS: • 5 Plus years of medical device and or medical products manufacturing experience. • Internal Marketing or product sales or services in a start up or early stage environment • Can identify potential deals and develop tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. • Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing managing files and records stenography and transcription designing forms and other office procedures and terminology • Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, includes customer assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
