Support decision-making analyses of foreign investments and advise businesses on tax consequences of proposed foreign transactions. Provide support to corporate HR and Shared Services on compensation and benefits and information reporting matters. Manage co-sourcing engagements for domestic tax matters. Federal and state income tax provisions.
• Effective tax rate and cash tax rate forecasts. • Manage a team of 3 analysts. • Tax related disclosures to consolidated financial statements for domestic subsidiaries. • Tax Compliance and Planning • Lead process improvement initiatives manage federal and state income tax audits. • Implement tax planning for transactions with domestic components including mergers acquisitions divestitures restructuring transactions and investment decisions. • Perform all necessary research and analysis.
Requirements: • Bachelors in Business Administration Economics or related field. • CPA, MST or LLM strongly preferred. • 5 plus years of relevant tax experience in either public accounting or a large corporate tax department - 3 years in management role. • Extensive knowledge of federal and state income tax principles and U.S. taxation rules as well as FIN 48 GAAP and SOX. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Hyperion and ERP system. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group at multiple levels within the organization.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors in Business Administration Economics or related field. CPA, MST or LLM strongly preferred.
