Compile financial information and prepare financial reports and statements reflecting various data for utilization by higher management. Prepare various financial and accounting forms and logs review will perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Work with other departments to provide information to verify or support financial records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures prepare correspondence and answer inquiries regarding accounting information as required.
Requirements: Work generally requires a minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing accounting setting to become familiar with the accepted accounting practices involved in maintaining financial records reconciling accounting information and preparing financial statements or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. 1. CPA or CMA preferred not mandatory 2. Distinguishing Characteristics 3. Working knowledge of cost manufacturing accounting and accounts receivable with capability to assume broader responsibilities in the future. 4. Subject areas may include general ledger budgets depreciation and balance sheet accounts.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related, CPA or CMA preferred.
