Human Resources Manager with Change Management/Organizational Development experience. Strong labor relations negotiations grievance administration and organization development/change management.
Requirements: Minimum of five years of general Human Resources experience with primary emphasis on employee and labor relations in a union environment
•Related HR experience in benefits, staffing, compensation, or training and development preferred •Strong experience in Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment law and the ability to evaluate, analyze, and quantify the financial impact of the issues involved •Strong operations background preferred in manufacturing required •Experience working with multiple state location plant locations preferred
