Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support/technical service role on electronics equipment with demonstrated competency in supporting clients and resolving problems over the phone.
•  Extensive background in security and control system applications 
•  Demonstrated competency providing technical services and support for electronics and control system hardware and software   
•  Demonstrated competency working with information technology systems comprised of personal computer hardware Microsoft Windows operating systems Microsoft Office Professional  and network topologies   
•  Strong problem solving  organizational and project management skills 
•  2+ yrs experience with radio frequency technologies and/or amateur radio A+ and network+ certification (or equivalent experience)   
•  Outstanding customer relations and communication skills (both verbal and written)
